9 OLIVERES | BLANQUETA | 2 x 1L
Aroma contenido, no muy denso pero penetrante. Lo mismo en ensaladas que en verduras. Mejor en frío , aunque no desmerece en caliente. Apenas picante.

FROM THE FARMER TO THE CONSUMER
By avoiding intermediaries the consumer gets a better quality and supports small producers and family businesses.
9 Oliveres was born from the efforts of three young engineers with an entrepreneurial spirit and lovers of agriculture. They decide to recover their roots and try to live from what they like best: the countryside.
In the foothills of the Benifloret farmhouse, in the heart of the fields that surround the county town of Cocentaina, is the terrace known as the 9 Oliveres, for having a number of nine thousand-year-old olive trees, symbol and banner of the monumental estate of the which they are part of.
The terrace and the adjacent fields have belonged to the Carbonell family since then and up to the present, uninterruptedly through four generations of farmers.
Not every olive variety has the needed quality, but Blanqueta is truly a household name in that regard. This Spanish beauty not only looks great, but it tastes great as well. And even more importantly, it can improve one’s health significantly.
