At 9 Oliveres, the quality of our extra virgin olive oil begins with caring for the land and for our millenary and centenary olive trees. Our family’s agricultural heritage guides the way we work.

We combine traditional knowledge with modern technology to understand the needs of the trees and look after the soil. We value the resources available to us and the work of the people who care for our olive groves.
We harvest early, when the olives begin to change colour. At this stage they yield less oil, but we choose this approach for the aromas and flavours it brings to our extra virgin olive oils.
We select fruit in good condition and pay close attention to temperature control, equipment cleanliness and water quality. These practices are part of our commitment to producing quality olive oil and caring for the people and surroundings that make it possible.
