9 Oliveres Premium Alfafarenca is an extra virgin olive oil made entirely from Alfafarenca olives, a variety native to our area in the interior of Alicante.
Its aromatic profile features tomato, almond, banana, kiwi, apple and freshly cut grass. A smooth entry on the palate is accompanied by a lightly peppery finish.
Use it to finish vegetables, cheese, meat, white fish or pasta. It can also bring its distinctive flavour to cakes and other desserts.
Alfafarenca olives are large and oval, with a pointed end. The trees are vigorous and long-lived, with dense foliage and an open canopy. This variety forms part of the olive-growing tradition of El Comtat and the surrounding area.
