9 Oliveres was born from the efforts of three young engineers with an entrepreneurial spirit and lovers of agriculture. They decide to recover their roots and try to live from what they like best: the countryside.
In the foothills of the Benifloret farmhouse, in the heart of the fields that surround the county town of Cocentaina, is the terrace known as the 9 Oliveres, for having a number of nine thousand-year-old olive trees, symbol and banner of the monumental estate of the which they are part of.
The terrace and the adjacent fields have belonged to the Carbonell family since then and up to the present, uninterruptedly through four generations of farmers.
