9 Oliveres was born from the efforts of three young engineers with an entrepreneurial spirit and lovers of agriculture. They decide to recover their roots and try to live from what they like best: the countryside.
At the foot of the Benifloret farmhouse, in the countryside around Cocentaina, lies the terrace known as les 9 Oliveres. Its nine millenary olive trees are a symbol of the estate. The Carbonell family has cared for this terrace and the surrounding fields through four generations of farmers.
